DEPOSITS
- A $25 nonrefundable, non transferable deposit is required upon booking your service. Your remaining balance will be due the day of your appointment at checkout.
Preparation for appointment:
•Wash lashes & face before appt (NO mascara, oils or creams around eye)
•No coffee/ caffeine before appointment (Caffeine causes eyes to flutter)
•Arrive on time ( I respect your time, please respect mine)
•Silence phone through duration of service
•Be prepared to sit back and relax for 2-3 hrs (Eyes must remain closed)
•Come with an open mind and good energy 🤍

Cancellation Policy
- If you are more than 15 minutes late your appointment will be treated as a no-show.
- No call no show will be charged the full service fee.
- 24 hour notice is needed to cancel or reschedule your appointment without any charge.
Failure to give 24 hour notice will result in 50% of the scheduled fee.
